FIS Relius Education Programs Earn Continuing Education Credit for ERPA and IRS Enrolled Agent Designees.**
FIS Relius Education has entered in to an agreement with the Return Preparer Office, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), to meet the requirements of 31 Code of Federal Regulations, section 10.6(g), covering maintenance of attendance records, retention of program outlines, qualifications of instructors and length of class hours. This agreement does not constitute an endorsement by the Return Preparer Office as to the quality of the program or its contribution to the professional competence of the Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent or the IRS Enrolled Agent.

FIS maintains continuing education (CE) sponsorship status with ASPPA, NASBA. Members of these groups may report CE credit directly to the entities. Pre-approval of programs is not required.

FIS' real-time Web Seminars are designed to meet the requirements of most professional organizations for continuing professional education (CPE) credit, such as the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA), NASBA, CFP, some state bar associations, some CPA boards, the International Foundation for Retirement Education (InFRE), HRCI (for SHRM Professionals), CRSP through the ICB (Institute of Certified Bankers), and PACE. These programs may also be accepted by the Joint Board for the Enrollment of Actuaries (generally non-core credit only). Final decision rests with the governing body.

FIS only submits Web seminars to the IRS Return Preparer Office for pre-approval, and the programs are only approved for ERPA and IRS Enrolled Agent CE credit. FIS does not submit Web seminars to any other entities for pre-approval. However, some governing bodies allow their members to submit programs on their own for pre-approval when they submit the proper documentation and fees. Final decision rests with the governing body.

FIS is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: The Learning Market.

Please note: This Web seminar does not qualify for accountancy credit with the state of California.
